Simple Scripts for Saying Hard Things
If you freeze, fawn, or get tongue-tied in hard conversations, you’re not alone. Whether you’re dealing with conflict, setting boundaries, or navigating tension in work, love, or family life—Simple Scripts offers gentle language you can borrow until your own words feel stronger.
Inside this guide you’ll find 70+ scripts for the moments that leave you speechless, anxious, or afraid to say the wrong thing.
- Scan by topic
- Pick what fits
- Say what needs to be said, with care and clarity
These aren’t stiff or corporate. They sound like real you, on your best day. Because hard conversations shouldn’t leave you feeling worse than staying silent.
Not This to Yes: A 7-Day Journey
Before there was Mayhem Daughters, there was this.
This 7-day mini-course isn’t trauma-informed in the way my work is now—but it is full of clarity, structure, and guidance for those moments when you’re ready to stop circling the drain and start moving forward.
If you’ve been stuck in Not This—but don’t quite know your Yes—this gentle, focused journey can help you begin. You’ll get:
- 7 days of guided lessons with audio
- A downloadable, fillable PDF workbook
- A printable 30-day YES journal to keep you going
Use what helps, leave what doesn’t—and if you’re going to channel your inner “student of the week,” this is a place to start with content I trust.
